High-atmospheric-pressure differential extraction particle beam mass spectrum measurement system

2013
The invention discloses a high-atmospheric-pressure differential extraction particle beam mass spectrum measurement system which comprises a vacuum and sampling module, a mass spectrometer module and a beam-chopping phase-locked amplification module, wherein the vacuum and sampling module comprises a vacuum cavity, a molecular pump, an ionization vacuum gauge and a sampler; the sampler is used for introducing a sample to be measured into the vacuum cavity; the mass spectrometer module comprises an ionization chamber, a quadrupole rod, a detector and a data acquisition processing unit; the beam-chopping phase-locked amplification module comprises a beam-chopping sheet, a motor, a light emitting diode, a photoelectric diode and a phase-locked amplifier; the beam-chopping sheet and the motor are positioned in the vacuum cavity; the motor drives the beam-chopping sheet to rotate around the center of the beam-chopping sheet; part of the beam-chopping sheet is positioned between the sampler and the ionization chamber; the light emitting diode and the photoelectric diode are correspondingly arranged on two sides of the beam-chopping sheet and are used for supplying synchronous reference signals; the phase-locked amplifier is electrically connected with the data acquisition processing unit and the photoelectric diode respectively. The system has the advantages of compact structure, accuracy, reliability and high transportability.
