The E-business full-automatic express site comprises an express carrying an electronic label, a first reader for reading the electronic label of the express at an expression site, and storing label information in a controller, an admission verification module through which a recipient can input an express freight number or a contact way to verify whether the express is in the expression site, a second reader arranged in an express passage for reading electronic label information of the express and verifying whether the label information is express information input by the admission verification module, a controller for judging whether the express freight number input by the admission verification module is correct according to the electronic label information and controlling the open/close of a personnel channel, a third reader arranged in the personnel channel to check whether the recipient carries the express to go out, and a door control system for controlling the open/close of the personnel channel. The full-automatic express site disclosed by the invention can be used for achieving the full-automatic delivery, the manpower cost is saved, and the time arrangement of the recipient is relatively facilitated.
