Experiment-calculated estimation of the stability of arc welding technologies to be developed

The article presents a method of calculating the stability assessment of welding quality indicators based on the use of deterministic dependencies and quite easily defined distribution laws of controlled parameters of the welding mode. Dependences for calculation of probability of reception of the set width of a welded seam depending on the law of distribution of linear energy are received. The use of this method will reduce the cost of experimental selection of welding modes, the production of full-scale samples for statistical quality control, to clarify the requirements for the welding equipment used.
