The utility model provides a large-scale numerical control tiltable rotary worktable and an automatic loading and unloading clamping mechanism of a positioning tapered iron thereof. A common large-scale rotary worktable needs to be manually tilted for a fixed angle, which is low in machining efficiency. A large ring gear is fixed on a workbench, and the large ring gear and the workbench are both disposed on a rotating base. The bottom face of the large ring gear and the upper surface of the rotating base form a sliding guide pair. The rotating base is disposed on a sliding base which is connected to a positioning tapered iron through a dolly. A cylinder body of an oil cylinder for tilting and lifting is disposed on a rotary rack for the cylinder body, and a shaft of the rotary rack for the cylinder body is inserted in a hole of the sliding base. A piston rod of the oil cylinder for tilting and lifting is disposed on a rotary base for the piston rod, and a shaft of the rotary rack for the piston rod is inserted in the rotating base. Accordingly, machining efficiency is greatly improved.
