Теоретичні засади оздоровчо-рекреаційної рухової активності різних груп населення

Preserving the health and productive life of citizens is one of the most important goals of the sustainable development of the world community. It was found that the majority (56-57%) of Ukrainians are physically inactive. They may significantly improve their health through involvement in regular physical activity. Objective. To analyze the state of the researched problem, to generalize national and world experience of the organization of health related and recreational motor activity and to develop its theoretical bases. Methods. A complex of interrelated research methods was used including analysis and  ystematization of philosophical, psychological-pedagogical and scientific-methodical literature and information resources of the Internet to clarify the conceptual apparatus of research; analysis of normative and program-methodical documents in the field of physical culture and sport; comparative method for the purpose of comparison and analysis of foreign and national experience on the researched problem; abstraction, logicaltheoretical analysis, historical analysis, system approach, forecasting. Results. Theoretical bases of health related and recreational motor activity have been determined and substantiated, characteristic features of the conceptual-categorical apparatus of health related and recreational motor activity as a system-integral lexical system, peculiarities of its formation and development have been revealed, the necessity has been substantiated and ways of its improvement have been determined, definitions of «health related and recreational motor activity», «system of health related and recreational motor activity», «health fitness», «sport for all», «physical recreation» and «recreational activity» have been formulated. Rethinking the essence of health related and recreational motor activity has allowed to specify the conceptual paradigms of the problem, to identify specific ways of its practical implementation. The obtained data reveal the possibilities and prospects of increasing the level of the population involvement in health related and recreational physical activity in Ukraine.
