Our graduation work is occupied by technological distribution of bank´s products intermediation electronic payments. At the beginning of the work it defined the main ideas. It delimited and inserted technological distribution into surroundings of communication. Successive it detailed characterized individual types of technological distribution. It describes options of safeguard ways of distribution mentioned above the same as different sorts of computer´s attacks, which may endanger safety of it. In analysis part of graduation work it takes down general information of banks operating in area of Slovak Republic. Come out from out graduation work, the main part of it consist from analysis of opportunities of electronic banking in locality selected by us – Ružomberok town. It describes supply of electronic banking of separate banks operating in mentioned locality, for which inhabitants of Ružomberok may decide, including confrontation of offer products. Closing part of graduation work it dedicated to process and completion of questionnaires, which was distributed between inhabitants of locality mentioned above. Its main aim was to find out information, or the services of electronic banking are depleted (demands, suggestions to intensive depleted of services). As a result is sum up of demands and advices from respondents on it, what would the banks improved for purpose of preserve clients, possibly obtains new ones.
