Preparation of anode with trivalent chromium chrome plating coating

2008
The invention relates to a preparation method of trivalent chromium chrome coating anode, in which (1) the matrix of the coated electrodes is a titanium plate that the H2C2O4 of 8% to 12% is used forthe acid treatment so that the surface is in the formation of an uneven pitted surface. (2) According to the liquid coating preparation, the prepared liquid coating is coated on a titanium plate pitted surface after the acid treatment, in which the top is then coated with the conductive adhesive and disposed inside an oven of 100 DEC C to 200 DEC C for the drying and curing. Afterwards, the prepared liquid coating is coated on the titanium plate surface after the curing again, in which the top is then coated with the conductive adhesive and disposed inside an oven of 100 DEC C to 200 DEC C forthe drying and curing. After such an operation of 10 to 20 times, the titanium plate is disposed inside a gas protection resistance furnace, which is in the high-temperature sintering of 450 DEG C to550 DEG C for 20 to 40 minutes.
