Structural row of vertical electrically driven oil pumps

2011
FIELD: engines and pumps. SUBSTANCE: structural row of vertical electrically driven oil pumps (EOP) includes single-type vertical oil EOP with similar capacity and with the head that is differentiated from pump to pump, as well as with suitable power of electric motor. Each EOP includes the main pump, transmission, booster and intake tube, which are in-series connected to electric motor in downward direction. Main pump includes rotor shaft and at least one pressure section with impeller and guide vane, supply channel and discharge section. In booster housing there arranged is screw with the shaft on which there fixed is bushing with multi-flow impeller. Streamlined surface of bushing has the shape of an unduloid. Bushing inlet includes anti-cavitation section and transition section with radius that is enlarged in flow direction to radius of outlet section. Booster impeller is provided with multi-stage increase in flow direction and in geometrical progression of quantity and number of flows of spiral blades of screw. Pressure sections are in-series connected in the main pump and have the possibility of transmitting the pressure to each subsequent section and/or to the outlet of pressure line, which is added to the pressure created in each of the previous sections. Total number of pressure sections is not less than that determined with ratio of the specified pump head to the head created with one section. EFFECT: creation of a number of EOP with increased stability and operating life at increase in efficiency, and reduction of power consumed for pumping of any kinds of oil-bearing media, including in no-cavitation modes. 8 cl, 5 dwg
