The present invention discloses a reversible pH-responsive mesoporous silica composite drug preparation and application system. Firstly sol - gel mesoporous silica nanoparticles Method. The present invention is a reversible pH-responsive mesoporous silicon oxide composite system drug, as a drug, or a carrier protein genes, not only has excellent biocompatibility and good magnetic targeting, pH responsive and to achieve pulsatile release.
