When the device is used for preparing the metal powder, the metal wire is molten in the vacuum atomizing tank and does not make contact with air, molten metal is prevented from being oxidized, and the metal utilization rate is high; the molten metal does not make contact with a fireproof material, non-metallic inclusion pollution is avoided, and the high-purity metal powder can be produced; the shape and size of the metal powder particles are easy to control, the powder particles of which the shape is similar to a ball and the size distribution range is narrow can be abtained, and the device is particularly suitable for 3D printing.
