Device for checking sulfur hexafluoride leakage alarm apparatus

2013
The invention provides a device for checking a sulfur hexafluoride leakage alarm apparatus. The device is characterized in that a feed gas steel cylinder is connected with a first mixer sequentially through a first reducing valve, a first electromagnetic valve and a first mass flow controller, a diluent gas steel cylinder is respectively connected with a second electromagnetic valve, a third electromagnetic valve and a fourth electromagnetic valve sequentially through a second reducing valve and a one-way valve, the other end of the second electromagnetic valve is connected with the first mixer through a second mass flow controller, the output end of the first mixer is connected with a second mixer sequentially through a first buffer tank, a pressure relieving valve, a sixth electromagnetic valve and a third mass flow controller, the other end of the third electromagnetic valve is connected with the second mixer through a fourth mass flow controller, the output end of the second mixer is connected with a checking cavity; a position in which the first reducing valve is connected with the first electromagnetic valve is connected with the third mass flow controller through a fifth electromagnetic valve; the other end of the fourth electromagnetic valve is connected with a micro air pump sequentially through a second buffer tank, a pressure transmitter and an air purifier. The device is multiple in functions, large in dilution range and high in automation precision.
