Automated assembling system

2014
An automated assembling system is used for automatically assembling at least one fin group to a substrate. The automated assembling system comprises a supporting shelf, a positioning fixture, an electronic arm, a support tray, and an assembling module. The supporting shelf is used for placing cooling fin groups. The positioning fixture is used for positioning the cooling fin groups. The electronic arm is used for conveying the cooling fin groups from the supporting shelf to the positioning fixture. The support tray is used for supporting the substrate. The assembling module is used for fetching the cooling fin groups from the positioning fixture, and fixing the cooling fin groups on the substrate. By the automated assembling system, the cooling fin groups can be correctly and quickly assembled on the substrate, thereby increasing the effect and efficiency of the assembling.
