Pretreatment process of linen fabric

The invention relates to a processing process of textile, in particular to a pretreatment process of a linen fabric. The processing process aims at providing the pretreatment process of the linen fabric with the advantages of good treatment effect, small wool top damage, short process path, low water consumption and low energy consumption. According to the pretreatment process, through simplifying an acid boiling-off step, the acid boiling impurity removal and bleaching are merged; one-bath treatment is used; in addition, hydrochloric acid is used for replacing conventionally used sulfuric acid, and a better impurity removal effect is obtained; a pigment removing agent HP is used for replacing a conventional bleaching agent, so that the bleaching can be carried out under the room-temperature condition; in addition, the bath ratio is greatly reduced. The process has the advantages that the water and the energy are saved; the consumption is reduced; the white degree and the capillary effect of linen treated by the process are high; the weight loss ratio is low; the wool top damage is small; necessary impurities are removed; meanwhile, linen fiber concomitants needing to be remained are possibly reduced; the strength of the linen fabric is maintained; the linen style of the linen fabric is ensured.
