ANALISIS HUKUM TERHADAP KEABSAHAN BLANKO AKTA YANG DIBUAT PPAT

Before the rules of BPN Head number 08 Year 2012 that published with content that BPN as an instance have the authority to make land registry specially to make and preparing the blank form certificate. They did not do their duty as well. It’s because the form registration sometimes did not ready even they did not have blank form by their self. It becomes BPN can’t make the blank form certificate. The PPAT can make their own certificate application, however because the rights to make and to prepare the certificate application, the PPAT don’t has it. It make it BPN become a problems from observational and early problem. This research aims to understand the authority and validity the PPAT to making blank form certificate. This research used normative method with collect the data and law materials have relating problems with PPAT. The result shows that PPAT have the authority to make and preparing blank form certificate. Since that the authority of PPAT to make the blank form certificate has proven there are not demerits and vacuity blank form certificate. Not only that but also made it more practical rather than BPN make it.
