Hypomelanosis of Ito: streaks and whorls

A 6-year-old male child presented to our department with delayed developmental milestones and generalised hypopigmented patches since birth. There was no history of seizures or hearing or visual deficit. Family history was not significant. Examination revealed symmetrical hypopigmented patches
