A Historical Analysis on Competitive Power of Talents Caltivation of Capital Universities

This study analyses competitive power of Beijing universities' talents cultivation,showing its features,strengths as well as the weakness. Based on the comparative analysis on three historical stages,the talents cultivation for Beijing universities is characterized by its rapid development,large scale,as well as scientific strategy planning. Beijing universities also have such advantages as development priority,abundant funds,nice developmental environment,and large amount of institutions and highly qualified faculty members. In terms of future improvement,the article points out that the talents cultivation should pay more attention to promote students' innovation and creativity,broaden their global vision,and foster their practical skills.
