The invention discloses an intelligent carbon fiber composite-core lead comprising a core rod formed by continuously pulling and extruding a high-temperature-resistant carbon fiber composite material, wherein the periphery of the core rod is provided with an inner layer formed by stranding a plurality of inner-layer wires, the periphery of the inner layer is provided with an outer layer formed by stranding a plurality of outer-layer wires which are electroconductive core wires, and the inner-layer wires are composed of electroconductive core wires and optical fiber wires. According to the invention, the core rod is taken as a framework for supporting the electroconductive core wires and the optical fiber wires, surrounding the periphery of the core round, so that the intelligent carbon fiber composite-core lead can be applied to special climate and geography areas with long span, large fall, heavy ice area, high pollution and the like, and a power grid constituted by the lead is safe, environmentally-friendly and efficient; and a lead and information transmission function can be fulfilled so as to monitor the lead and power transmission equipment, capacity expansion reformation and new line construction are directly carried out on the basis of old lines and power station buses during installation, and the intelligent carbon fiber composite-core lead is proper in installation, convenient and rapid to popularize, and low in project amount and capital investment and can be used for realizing intelligentization.
