Optical coherence tomography and PCI in a patient with methamphetamine associated spontaneous coronary artery dissection.

Summary Fibromuscular dysplasia is often present in patients with Spontaneous Coronary artery dissection (SCAD). Amphetamine associated SCAD is rare and there are currently only 2 cases reported. We present the first OCT images of Amphetamine associated SCAD in the literature and highlight the importance of OCT in making the diagnosis and guiding the PCI.
