Study on the Cultivation Technology of Artificial Supplement of Se to Cardamine

The paper studies the influence of different concentration of sodium selenite and selenium fertilizer as exogenous selenium on the yield and organic selenium of Cardamine by soilless culture in greenhouse and soil culture in open field.The results show that,in greenhouse cultivation conditions,with 160 mg/L of sodium selenite solution as spray fertilizer,the production of Cardamine and the content of selenium are the highest,reaching 2.25 kg/7.2m2 and 1 399.59 mg/kg.This method is significantly different from other treatments.
