The invention relates to a semiconductor integrated circuit. This circuit comprises an internal logic block 21 operating with CMOS levels, an input level converter 201 delivering at its output a CMOS-level signal and an output of level converter 221, whose input is powered by a CMOS level signal, an output transistor of said input level converter and outlet 201, 221 for performing the charging or discharging of an output capacitance being constituted by a bipolar transistor. particularly applicable to integrated circuits in TTL-CMOS level shift semiconductor having reduced time of signal propagation delay.
