Treating Left Main Coronary Disease with Drug-eluting Stent

Coronary artery bypass grafting has long been considered as the first selection for left main coronary artery revascularization.Drug-eluting stents have applied in left main coronary artery lesion,more and more clinical trials have proved that it is safe and feasible to treat left main stenosis with drug-eluting stents in recent years.The indication of interventional treatment on left main lesion and the comparison efficacy of coronary artery bypass surgery with percutaneous coronary intervention with drug-eluting stents for left main coronary disease are described in this paper.
