The present invention discloses a building wall construction robot travel guiding apparatus and method, both sides of the building wall construction have a crawler robot apparatus crawler motor means connected with the photoelectric switch assembly supported on the crawler traveling device chassis , in combination with a photoelectric switch connected to the controller, the controller connected with the drive, the drive motor driving operation; building wall construction walking robot forward or backward with the horizontal and vertical laser emitter. Placing a laser emitter in the construction area, the laser generates horizontal and vertical surfaces, and the photoelectric switch assembly mounted on both sides of the robot, the position signal detected walking, the controller controls the robot through the sides of the travel motor drive, according to guarantee its walking surface for guiding the laser and precise positioning; simple structure, and the positioning process is completely implemented walking linear guide, and positioning the traveling speed higher efficiency.
