Degradation of Three Pesticides in the Production of Cowpea

Studied the degradation of imidacloprid,dimethomorph and emamectin benzoate in cowpea.[Methods] After sampled at the different time,the samples were analyzed by UPLC-MS/MS.[Results] Half-lives of imidacloprid,dimethomorph and emamectin benzoate were 2.3,4.3,1.6 d in protected field;2.2,3.2,1.1 d in open field;and 3.2,4.2,2.9 d in the cold storage,respectively.[Conclusions] Imidacloprid,dimethomorph and emamectin benzoate degraded fast after sprayed,which were suitable for safety application in cowpea.
