The invention provides a multi-channel controllable circuit for providing a self-adaptive common voltage and a method for providing the self-adaptive common voltage. The circuit mainly comprises a power source module, a control module and multiple branch modules. The control module is provided with a power source module control port and multiple feedback ports and is connected with the power source module through the power source module control port so as to control the common voltage output by the power source module. Each branch module is connected with the corresponding feedback port. The control module controls the value of the common voltage output by the power source module through the power source module control port according to feedback voltages obtained by the feedback ports. The feedback voltages are input into an amplifying unit and compared with a reference voltage of the in-phase input end of the amplifying unit, in this way, the output voltage of the amplifying unit is automatically adjusted, automatic adjustment of the common voltage is achieved, and work efficiency is improved.
