A big data approach for memory quality management

As memory technology scaling continues to advance to sub 20nm technology and memory capacity becomes higher, memory quality management becomes more challenging to achieve client's quality expectations especially in this new era of computing. Transformation of traditional quality management approaches becomes necessary to drive memory quality improvements. A big data analytics approach is presented in this paper to demonstrate its application on end to end quality management process to drive continuous memory quality improvements.
