Коррекция эндотелиальной дисфункции и нарушений эластических параметров периферических сосудов у больных артериальной гипертензией на фоне различной гипотензивной терапии

Problem of impairment of elastic properties of blood vessels in arterial hypertension is discussed. Design of open controlled randomized and parallel group study and its results are presented. Changes of elastic properties of arterial wall and parameters of endothelial functions after 6 month treatment with fixed combination of perindopril and indapamide or monotherapy with hydrochlorithiazide allow us to claim significant advantage of fixed combination of perindopril and indapamide (Noliprel) in terms of both antihypertensive effect and positive changes of elastic properties of arterial wall and endothelial function.
