A Chipless RFID Tag Antenna Based on Surface Acoustic Wave

2020
Radio frequency identification (RFID) technique is a kind of wireless automatic identification technology. This technique has several advantages, i.e., long reading distance and large information storage. We propose a Chipless RFID tag using surface acoustic wave (SAW) to read and store the information. The tag features small size, high flexibility, strong radiation resistance, high consistency, repeatability, as well as high temperature stability. The simulation results by COMSOL verify the good performance of the tag antenna.
