Micro led display apparatus and method for fabricating the same

The present invention relates to a puzzle-type micro LED display device capable of implementing displays of various sizes. The puzzle-type micro LED display device comprises: a micro LED panel in which a plurality of micro LED pixels are arranged in rows and columns; and a micro LED backplane including an active matrix (AM) circuit unit having a plurality of CMOS cells corresponding to the micro LED pixels and a control circuit unit disposed at the outside of the AM circuit unit. The control circuit unit is disposed adjacent to two of four surfaces of the micro LED panel.
