Multi‐Electronic Structures in GaAs Quantum Dots

We have studied the micro‐photoluminescence spectra of strain‐free GaAs/AlGaAs single quantum dots, coupled with magnetic field dependence, time‐resolved, and photon correlation measurements. The experimental behavior can be well explained by a model calculation based on the successive relaxation of multi‐excitons.
