Разработка и валидация методики количественного определения пеонифлорина в экстракте пиона садового сухом методом ВЭЖХ

Quality control of herbal medicines includes standardization of the content of biologically active substances. Therefore, the development and validation of analytical methods for assessing the quality of new medicines is relevant. The standardization of Paeonia lactiflora roots, which is an ancestor of European peony, is carried out according to the content of peoniflorin. Paeonia lactiflora is an ancestor of European varieties of peony. Standardization of roots of Paeonia lactiflora is in content peoniflorin. In this regard, an important aspect in the development of products based on peony garden varieties is estimation of the possibility of using high-performance liquid chromatography for the quantification of peoniflorin in peony dry extract. In this work, a chromatographic method was developed and validated for the quantitative determination of peoniflorin and inclusion in the normative documentation on quality control of dry extract of peony garden.
