相关亚历山大藻(Alexandrium affine)(非PSP产毒株)毒理的初步研究

2008
The components of AFT toxins produced by non-PSP-producing dinoflagellate Alexandrium affine and its toxicity on survival of Artemia sauna, Brachionus plicatilus and Neomysis awatschensis were studied. The values of 96h LC50 of A. sauna, B. plicatilus and N. awatschensis were 90, 1500, and 5000 cells/ml, respectively. The comparison in toxicity among different algal solutions including algal culture, re-suspended algal cells, cell-free medium, and cell contents shows that all could harm A. sauna. The toxin has been determined as AFT that might have originated from inner cell and could excrete into the cell culture medium. The stability in thermal, acid and alkali conditions, molecular weight, the non-proteide component, and the polarity of the AFT toxins were studied. The results showed that it was not significantly affected by temperature and pH. Their molecular weight was estimated to be 5k to 50k. They were determined as polysaccharide substances.
