Railway heat-insulating tank truck with functions of temperature controlling and heating

The invention relates to a railway tank truck with a heat-insulating structure. The railway tank truck comprises a tank, a heating device and a heat insulating device. The heating device and the heat insulating device are arranged on the outer surface of the tank. The railway tank truck is characterized in that the heating device comprises a steam heating sleeve and a steam heating control system, and the steam heating control system has a steam tube leading to the steam heating sleeve. The heat insulating device is provided with a heat insulating shell which is supported on the tank through a supporting ring, and a heat insulating layer is laid in a gap between the tank and the heat insulating shell. The railway tank truck is large in heating area and high in heating efficiency, the tank can be controlled in temperature and heated by the railway tank truck, and deterioration of goods caused by overhigh heating temperature is avoided. The heat insulating device is made of a novel heat insulating material and of an outer heat insulating shell structure, heat insulation of the tank can be realized, heat loss of media during transport can be reduced, and energy is saved.
