The invention relates to a reservoir and air conditioning equipment. The reservoir comprises a cylinder body, a balance tube and a heat exchange tube, wherein the balance tube is connected with the cylinder body and used for allowing a liquid refrigerant to go into and out of the cylinder body; at least one part of the heat exchange tube is arranged in the cylinder body. According to the reservoir, the problem that added pressure caused by too manyrefrigerants in the reservoir cannot be released in the prior art is solved. At the same time, the reservoir has the characteristics that the volume is small, the filling amount of a system refrigerant is not increased, the flow path of a system pipeline is not increased, the installation is convenient, and the cost is low.
