The invention discloses an air conditioning system using LNG cold energy and an engineering machine, and belongs to the field of machine manufacturing. The air conditioning system comprises an LNG conveying pipeline, a low temperature heat exchange pipeline, a high temperature heat exchange pipeline and an engine cooling liquid pipeline. A liquid storage tank 1, a first heat exchanger 3, a first pipeline of a second heat exchanger 6 and an engine 5 are connected and communicated in sequence through the LNG conveying pipeline. An antifreezing solution tank 15, the first heat exchanger 3 and a mixing tank 10 are connected and communicated in sequence through the low temperature heat exchanger pipeline. The antifreezing solution tank 15, a second pipeline of the second heat exchanger 6 and the mixing tank 10 are connected and communicated through the high temperature heat exchange pipeline. According to the air conditioning system using the LNG cold energy and the engineering machine, two stages of heat exchanger devices are adopted, the LNG cold energy is utilized through the simple structure, the use ratio of the LNG cold energy is improved, the structure is compact, and installation is convenient.
