Bottom chain connecting method and device for scraper conveyer

The invention discloses a bottom chain connecting method and a bottom chain connecting device for a scraper conveyer, which relate to a scraper conveyer and are used for solving the problems of complex programs, high labor intensity and unsafe operation environment existing in the conventional chain connecting technology. The method comprises the following steps of: when a bottom chain is broken on a middle part, pulling one end of the broken chain close to a drawer under the condition of leaving a margin; opening a drawer plate; leading another tip ring to an observing hole in a bottom groove nearby; dragging a band chain tool to the observing hole through a drawer port by using a leading rope; connecting a steel wire rope to the back end of the band chain tool; placing the tip ring into the band chain tool for connecting through the observing hole by using a chain clamping tool; applying external force to the steel wire rope after these procedures are completed; releasing an upper chain of a sliding chute timely; dragging the tip ring to the drawer port for connecting; and closing the drawer plate, and connecting the upper chain. The method disclosed by the invention has the advantages of easiness, high practicability, high safety coefficient, reduction in procedure loops and low labor intensity.
