The development of the multicriteria evaluation methods and the respective software made possible the development of a tested-in-practice information technology for multi-criterial evaluation and decision making (Popchev et al, 1985). This technology includes a number of steps. Different steps may have different information nature — some are independent computation procedures or open information procedures, others are man-machines or expert procedures, etc.
