Serological relationships between Pythium irregulare Buisman and certain tomato cultivars

Summary The serological methods in this work were found to be applicable to determine the tolerance of tomato seedlings to Pythium irregulare . The results give an additional support for the usefulness of these techniques in differentiation of plant cultivars to certain pathogens. The results also indicated the presence of common antigens between the susceptible host and the test pathogen.
