A specially-made fruity spicy string is characterized by comprising, by weight, 80-110 parts of rice flour, 20-30 parts of corn flour, 30-40 parts of wheat flour, 30-40 parts of shrimp meat, 50-60 parts of chine, 20-30 parts of roes, 10-15 parts of fish, 30-35 parts of dragon fruit, 10-15 parts of loquats, 4-6 parts of folium artemisiae argyi, 6-8 parts of lily, 15-18 parts of baynerry juice, 20-25 parts of kiwi fruit, 18-24 parts of cucumbers, 10-12 parts of malt sugar, 10-14 parts of mulberries, 4-6 parts of fresh gingers, 4-6 parts of auxiliaries and 40-50 parts of water. The spicy string is a kind of food with meat and vegetables combined, the pure meat is delicious, but people are sometimes disgusted with the pure meat due to the heavily greasy feeling, meanwhile, a less amount of pure meat is not enough to eat for people, and a large number of vegetables, for example beam products are not delicious as the meat and are dry, old and unappealing. The spicy string combines the chine and the shrimp meat, the fresh and delicious food, the roes and the fish are combined, and therefore the seafood taste makes the spicy string better, the selected rice flour is different from the wheat flour, and the rice flour is lower in viscosity and better in taste; most importantly, the fruit is added and is mixed into the food in a juice mode, and through the accurate weight ratio and the proper selection of the fruit, the spicy string is rich in taste, overcomes the shortcomings in the prior art, and couldn't be better.
