Cavity design for a two-stage FEL

In the KMS Fusion two-stage free electron laser (FEL) experiment, the first-stage and second-stage radiation must suffer low losses in the oscillator. The electromagnetic modes overlap each other (and the electron beam) in a TE 01 waveguide but separate before reaching the end mirrors.
