Shredded tobacco structure prediction method

The invention relates to the technology of tobacco processing, and in particular to a shredded tobacco structure prediction method. The method includes the steps of (1) sample sampling, (2) detection of the sheet tobacco leaf area and perimeter, (3) calculation of the average area, perimeter and section area percentage, (4) calculation of the equivalent circular coefficient of sheet tobacco, (5) calculation of the shreding size distribution of a single piece of sheet tobacco through a fitting equation, and (6) prediction of shredded tobacco structures. The shredded sheet tobacco structure prediction method is based on the size and shape of the sheet tobacco. According to a prediction model used in the method, factors of size and shape of the sheet tobacco are both taken into account, so that prediction results are accurate. The prediction method is a way for cigarette industrial enterprises to determine the needed size and shape of the sheet tobacco and provides an important means for guiding threshing and re-curing companies to optimize the size and shape of the sheet tobacco during threshing.
