The Analysis on the Non-value-added Activities in Lean Product Development

The non-added-value actions in project development are studied.The pyramid model is established.Based on the analysis of six passive elements,the waste cause and effect chain in the process of project development is set up.The reason and behaves of ten kinds wastes are studied.For the problem of the satellite development business process reengineering,we constitute the relationship between various wastes using interpretative structural modeling and propose the approach of process reengineering.
