Early functional outcome after IV rTPA administration in Egyptian acute ischemic stroke patients

Background Intravenous thrombolysis has become a standard practice in eligible patients with acute ischemic stroke (AIS). Functional outcome after AIS is a major concern for patients, families, and neurologists.
