A Narrative Study on the Job Career Development Process and the Core Competencies of High Performance Cosmetics Salesman

The purpose of this study is to analysis characterize of cosmetics salesperson's job and career development and to find critical core competencies of high performance cosmetic salesman. High performance cosmetics salesman's job and the career development process was divided into five levels as like entrance, growth, transition, confident and maturity. High performance cosmetics salesman who take a job is usually encountered scams and life events such as her husband unemployment and to overcome the economic difficulties of the home and the salesman has a strong passion not frustrated and he continues to set new goals to challenge were founded in maturity. A high-performance cosmetic salesman's the seven core competencies are derived. Above all, a high performance cosmetics salesman practiced give and take to the customer and he was awared the principle of Giving. Based on these results, if the core competencies of high performance Cosmetics salesman are educated to the average cosmetic salesman, the average cosmetic salesman to take professional counseling and the company's sales effectiveness will be improved at the same time.
