Physico-chemical and mechanical properties of fibres from a mixture of polyacrylonitrile and polyvinylidene fluoride

-- Introduction of F-2M polymer into the composition of polyacrylonitrile leads to the formation of fibre surface nonuniformities, to an increase in the temperature for the start of decomposition, and an increase in flame resistance, without exerting any marked effect on mechanical properties.
