Contesting the jurisdiction of national courts or antitrust authorities

One very important procedural question here is whether it is possible for a defendant to an antitrust action to appear before a court or administrative agency in order to contest the jurisdiction of that body over him in the case concerned, without running the risk of thereby being held to have submitted himself to that jurisdiction.
