Phase composition, singtering behavior and microwave dielectric properties of M2BiLi2V3O12 (M = Zn, Ca) low temperature co-fired ceramics
2018
Abstract M 2 BiLi 2 V 3 O 12 (M = Ca, Zn) low temperature co-fired ceramics were investigated in the present work. The ceramics could be densified at 625–675 °C for 4 h. X-ray diffraction (XRD) patterns of ceramics shown that Ca 2 BiLi 2 V 3 O 12 was a single phase with cubic garnet structure, but Zn 2 BiLi 2 V 3 O 12 displayed multiple phases. Both ceramics exhibited good comprehensive performances (Ca 2 BiLi 2 V 3 O 12 : optimized sintering temperature Ts = 650 °C, e r = 24.7, Q × f = 6436 GHz, τ ƒ = 57 ppm/°C. Zn 2 BiLi 2 V 3 O 12 : Ts = 675 °C, e r = 17.0, Q × f = 17,522 GHz, τ ƒ = −154 ppm/°C), indicating that they are the candidates for LTCC device applications.
