ЭКСПЕРИМЕНТАЛЬНОЕ ИЗУЧЕНИЕ ПРОТИВОКАШЛЕВОЙ АКТИВНОСТИ АМКЕСОЛА В ДЕТСКИХ ЛЕКАРСТВЕННЫХ ФОРМАХ

Experimental data have shown the efficacy of new combined preparation amkesol used in pediatric's medical forms. This medicine decreased an experimental cough in guinea pig with various ages. A triple administration of syrup (0.9 ml / kg) and powder (8 mg / kg) of amkesol significantly caused antitussive action and reduced the quantity of cough movements, induced by the inhalation of citric acid solution regardless of dosage form and age of the experimental animals.
