Some multiring fused quinazolines

A number of condensed quinazolines have been synthesized by the reaction of 5-phenyl-3-hydrazino-1,2,4-triazolo[4,3-c]quinazoline with appropriate phenyl isothiocyanates, arylcarbaldehydes, ethyl orthoformate, acetic anhydride, and nitrous acid. The IR and1H NMR spectra of the products are presented.
