Особенности импластрукции у пациентов со значительными дефектами зубного ряда верхней и нижней челюстей

Prosthetics relying on intraosseous dental implants with the eff ect of the memory of shape have been executed in 263 patients with signifi cant defects of dental row of upper and lower jaws. Th e complexity of clinical situation (scarcity of bone tissue, disturbance of functional occlusion) required an application of several systems of implants. Th e correction of occlusion disturbances was carried out in the surgical and orthopedic stages of the treatment of partial adentia. Integral approach to the fulfi llment of implant construction methods will make it possible to obtain good functional and aesthetical results of dental row reconstruction in 98,7% of patients.
