Maximum Hearing‐Aid Sound Pressures Attainable with Available Variable‐Reluctance Receivers Utilizing Powers up to 150 MW

On a receiver having moderately wide range, an average level of 142 dB is attained with 100 MW input; on a narrower‐band unit, a level of 148 dB is attained with the same power. Some constructional details are given.
